Noa Belling has been practising yoga for many years and has experience in many different styles, including Sivananda, Iyengar, Kundalini and Ashtanga. She has a long history of working with the body - more than 20 years - having started her professional life as a ballet and contemporary dancer, and later qualifying as a dance teacher. Now a yoga teacher, she takes stretch and yoga classes in Cape Town, her home, and also travels and teaches abroad, particularly in the US.
